-Bad Service at its Worst-

I just want to share an unfortunate and violent incident I experienced on Friday, August 24. My family and I were dining at the famed La Mesa Grill in the Trinoma branch with some relatives who just flew in from Cebu. Midway through the second course of the meal, two waiters suddenly had a brawl right in front of the entrance. We were very shocked to witness the commotion which was happening right in front of our table. The cashier, a woman, who was trying to stop the fight, was hurt and bleeding in the process when one of the waiters suddenly threw a ceramic plate across the restaurant. All of us was just shocked and shaken up at what happened. Considering that there are families with children dining, the staff should have been more professional and have a piece of mind to control themselves while working.
